Key to healthy foods

Yes these foods are healthy for you but also another plus they each have a key to have healthier skin naturally.

Tips make your eyes BIG

NOTICE, in the pick the top eye is using white eyeliner. The bottom eye is using black eyeliner. The white gives the eye more dramatic affect making the eye to seem much bigger then it really is. For the black makes the eyes appear smaller like your squinting.

◣Oily Hair Tips◢

■Try a couple times a week to just add shampoo to your hair dry. Leave it in for a couple of minutes and then wash it out with your normal routine.
■Condition the tips of your hair so you do not get it on your scalp. Which makes it more oily. Some times when my hair tend to get oily i switch up my shampoos and I also try not to use conditioner.

■Also try not to touch your hair so much. The oils from your skin will rub off and make your hair even more oily. i would recommend you to try to not brush your hair as much it activates oil production at the roots of your scalp.
Here is a little extra tip:
If you apply a little bit of baby powder to your hair. It will absorb the oils. Try not to put so much on you will notice your hair will look sort of chalky looking.

◤For Dry Hair◥

Use a shampoo and conditioner that does a deep moisturizing.

Use a lot of heat, like a flat iron, curling irons, crimpers, wands, and blow dryers (when using the blow dryer switch from hot to cold.). Which will give your a hair a more smooth and shinier look. We all know that over using those products will fry your hair. Just be careful when using.

A Good Supplement

A good supplement to take is BIOTIN. Biotin is basically vitamin . This supplement is used for a lot of reason. Which are to help with brittle nails, it strengthens them. It also helps with your skin. It helps your keep your hair healthier. i have actually tried this. I really noticed a different within my nails being stronger. I get my nails done a lot and them using the drill just ruins them. I'm going to start taking them again.

QUOTE OF THE DAY♥♥

Here's to all the women and girls out there♥♥♥

Tips On Taking Care Of Skin

  •  Wash your face two times a day. Once when you wake up in the morning before applying your make up. Then before you go to bed, to make sure you unclog your pores. Then apply lotion after every wash. Avoid using lotion and face wash that contains perfume fragrances. HERE IS AN EX OF ONE.

  • If you notice that you are breaking out. Try not to pick or pop them. That usually leads to scaring and making it worse. Let them go away by themselves. You can also try other remedies that you hear or find online. For an example, i use tooth paste which dries it out. I also you use rubbing alcohol which also dries out your skin. I also found out that if you cut a lemon in half and add honey on it. Then apply to your face and let it sit 5 to 10 minutes. After that you rinse it and it should help with your acne. Which I am going to try out!:)

  • Also try to be careful when you are out in the sun. We all know that is not god your skin. Try to protect it by adding sunscreen. Avoid tanning it can cause cancer. I know it's hard we all want to be tan but try doing it in a healthier manner.
  • Also for people who get cold sores try to avoid sharing lip products and drinks with anyone. Also avoid acid foods and drinks. Try not to pick and touch it, they usually tend to go away by themselves. You can take some ibuprofen or something like that to relieve your pain.

  •  People who have dry skin. I recommend you to keep it moisturizing. Also try not use lotions and make products that contain perfume fragrances.

Here you go!

As you can tell here is picture of an eyelid. That shows certain parts on your eyelid to help you create a smokey eye look.
Part A. Should be a light base color on the entire lid.
Part B. Should be a brighter light color in the inner part of the eye.
Part C. Should be your main color which is in the center of the eye lid..
Part D. Should be the darkest color in the crease part.

What's best for YOUR skin ?

Entering the makeup world

#1 Know your skin: Knowing the sensitivity of your skin plays a huge roll in choosing a makeup right for you.
- Examples: oily skin and dry skin

#2 Find makeup that fits your skin type:  Starting off with drug store products is the best way to learn your skin type. If you are more into the brand names, than I would suggest a visit to your local makeup center and have an employee test on you. In other words, Mac, Benefit, Urban Decay, Smash Box, and any other makeup counter will be more than willing to sit you down and swap a few foundation colors on you. They focus on matching your skin color and type.

#3 What does your skin need?
Oily based skin will need to focus more on matte foundation. Oil sheets will also be a good help. Oil sheets= can be bought with brand names or better yet drug stores. small sheets that absorb the oil in your skin with out removing makeup.(most don't remove makeup )
Dry skin = apply moisturizer before applying foundation

#4 Do you need foundation ?
In most cases many girls have good healthy skin with a few blemishes. If so all that will be needed is a BB cream.
BB cream = tinted moisturizer( colored lotion) also be bought at drug stores or brand counters.

#5 What type of foundation ?
matte foundation= gives a smooth finish/ no shine
dewy foundation= gives a oily finish/ shine
liquid foundation= liquid (can be a heavy coverage depending on brand)
power foundation= brush on power foundation, less of a coverage ( for ones who just need a little coverage for blemishes )
cream foundation= can be hard to work with (some are really thick causing a cakey look )
THIS IS NOT BB CREAM !

#6 is your foundation giving you enough coverage ?
Is foundation not enough ? concealer can be used for blemishes or under eye circles

#7 Extras:
bronzer: darker powder used to define chin area and cheeks
power finish: used to set everything together (stay)
eyeliner: used on eye lid to define eye shape
eye shadow: eye color on lid used to give a dramatic look or natural can also help in giving the eye another shape
mascara: used on eye lashes to open eyes up ( give the eye a more ' awake look')
Setting spray: spray used for after applying makeup; helps make makeup stay for a long day
eye primer: cream used on eye lids to help eyeshadow stay on longer
face primer: first product to put on face ( before foundation)helps keep foundation on .
( not necessary to use prime and setting spray one or the other is fine)

Mac cosmetics
Urban Decay
Benefit
Elf ( cheap in price but is becoming well known for not only its price but how good the product is !! highly recommended )
